The Strategy
I’ve always identified with Joseph. From the pit to the palace, his story echoes in my journey. I’ve survived storms that weren’t meant to destroy me but to develop me—storms that built endurance, sharpened my discernment, produced kingdom strategies, and forged humility. Like Joseph, I’ve had to wait, serve in hidden places, and trust God when nothing made sense.
It was in those quiet, difficult seasons that God began to reveal the power of divine strategy—not just for myself, but for others. When I work with visionary leaders, pastors, and purpose-driven women, I begin by listening first to their heart and then to the Spirit of God. Through prayer, God often reveals both the what and the how. My role is to steward that insight with care and excellence, helping bring divine ideas into tangible, strategic expression.
As a "prophetic strategist", I operate with the insight and clarity of a seer, someone gifted by God to receive revelation through dreams, visions, and spiritual discernment. Like Joseph, Samuel, and Gad in Scripture, I help leaders interpret what God is saying and align their lives accordingly. While I don’t operate under the title or office of a prophet, there are moments when I release a prophetic word that aligns with God’s voice and is later confirmed. I operate out of obedience to deliver Spirit-led clarity, direction, and timely strategy.
This spiritual insight is coupled with practical experience. I bring 25+ years of corporate experience, serving in various roles including trainer, manager, project manager, and fraud analyst and commercial specialist, with companies such as PERGO, Bank of America, BlueLink, and Progressive. These professional environments refined my ability to develop people, manage systems, and lead strategic initiatives. That same excellence now undergirds the kingdom assignments I carry.
In addition to my marketplace background, I’ve also served in ministry leadership across various roles—including Chief Operating Officer, Church Administrator, Executive Administrator, and other capacities—with oversight from an executive level. These experiences taught me how to steward vision, navigate sensitive leadership dynamics, and build structures that sustain both people and purpose.
Biblical seers didn’t just see—they offered guidance, brought correction, and helped shape godly leadership through divine insight. In the same way, my calling is to help others see past confusion and move forward with boldness and precision. My work often happens behind the scenes, where I quietly help build what heaven has already spoken. This isn’t about showcasing brilliance. It’s about partnering with God to bring strategy to life.
