But the season you’re in has raised questions you didn’t expect to be asking. I know that place well, because I’ve lived it.
I’m Pamela Garrett, and I serve Kingdom women, ministry leaders, and purpose-driven believers who are navigating storms they didn’t plan for and transitions they didn’t see coming. My assignment is to help you understand what God is doing in your storm, how to stay aligned in the process, and how to come out of it with clarity, confidence, and wisdom instead of confusion or regret.
Storms are not evidence that you missed God. Many times, they are proof that God is preparing you. That revelation gave birth to Storm School, my flagship book and teaching platform. Storm School is not about surviving hard seasons. It’s about learning what the storm came to teach you so you can move forward healed, grounded, and prepared for what’s next.
Everything I teach flows from a Kingdom framework I live by. I call it staying down so you can come up. Staying down means surrendering to God’s will, submitting to His process, serving faithfully even when no one sees you, stewarding the lessons you learn along the way, and safeguarding your heart so bitterness doesn’t take root. When you stay down God’s way, you don’t come up broken. You come up strengthened, refined, and positioned.
My teaching reflects a rare intersection of deep ministry leadership and real-world marketplace experience, where Heaven’s insight meets marketplace execution. What I share is not theoretical. It has been tested in life, leadership, and obedience.
Through preaching, teaching, masterclasses, e-courses, and workshops, I help women and leaders navigate emotional healing, release old baggage, and cultivate the spiritual maturity necessary to carry out what God has promised. We talk honestly about pain, obedience, identity, endurance, and faith. We deal with the emotional residue storms leave behind. And we do it with Scripture, wisdom, and grace.

If you’re wondering where to begin, I always recommend starting with Storm School. This book is the foundation of everything I teach. It belongs in your personal library, not as something you skim once, but as a resource you return to when life feels confusing, heavy, or uncertain. Storm School will help you understand why God allows certain seasons, how to discern what kind of storm you’re in, and what that storm is meant to produce in you.
Once you’ve laid that foundation, the next step is application. My masterclasses and e-courses take you deeper into the frameworks introduced in Storm School. These teachings help you grow in discernment, obedience, emotional healing, and spiritual maturity so you can stop repeating cycles and begin moving forward with clarity.

I believe this season of your life is not accidental, delayed, or wasted. I believe God is working beneath the surface, even if you cannot fully see it yet. What feels heavy right now is not meant to crush you, but to clarify you. What feels uncertain is not meant to confuse you, but to deepen your discernment.
You have not been faithful for nothing. Your obedience has not been overlooked. The prayers you whispered, the tears you wiped away, and the seasons you endured all matter to God. I believe God is inviting you to move forward with wisdom and confidence.
This is the heart of what I teach through The STAYED DOWN Framework™ From Obscurity to Authority. It is the Kingdom principle that transformation happens when we remain faithful in God's process before He brings elevation. Staying down God's way means following the 5 S's: Surrender to His will, Submit to His process, Serve faithfully even when no one sees you, Steward the lessons He is teaching you, and Safeguard your heart so nothing is lost along the way.
When you stay down with obedience and humility, you don't come up broken. You come up strengthened, refined, and prepared for what God has already ordained. You are not behind schedule. You may have experienced seasons of being overlooked, but you were truly hidden by God for such a time as this. You weren't meant to walk alone—two really are better than one.
