I'm honored you're here...
"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.." Ephesians 2:10 KJV
God establishes purpose long before we understand the preparation required to carry it. Long before the blueprint was visible, God was using the altar, executive boardrooms, personal loss, and seasons of rebuilding to forge the vessel for the assignment He had already ordained. What once appeared to be unrelated rooms eventually converged into one divine preparation.
Today, Pamela Garrett serves as a preacher, author, strategist, CEO of Destiny Partners LLC, Founder of Kingdom Impact Fundraising™, and host of Kingdom Insights, airing weekly on YouTube. Each expression flows from a singular mandate: equipping believers and leaders to discern what God has entrusted to them, arise in clarity, execute with wisdom, and steward the territory well.
Her life and work are anchored in one governing conviction: Spirit-Led. Strategy-Rich. Kingdom-Focused.
Perhaps that is why you are here. Sometimes we recognize something in another person’s story because God is calling our attention to something He has been developing in our own. What has He entrusted to you that now requires greater clarity, courage, or stewardship?

"The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned." Isaiah 50:4 KJV
Whether standing behind a pulpit, writing, teaching weekly through Kingdom Insights, or advising leaders, Pamela Garrett carries a distinct mantle of discernment and strategy. Operating with the grace of Joseph, she helps leaders interpret the dreams and visions God has given them, identify what is missing, and build the strategic frameworks required to bring those assignments to fruition. Her voice bridges spiritual revelation and actionable architecture, challenging visionaries to govern their lives by four non-negotiable disciplines:
-
Think Biblically.
-
Respond Spiritually.
-
Discern Actively.
-
Live Boldly.
Beyond public ministry and enterprise, she is a devoted mother to Hannah and Christian, both college students, and is blessed with one bonus son, Jaquan.
"Looking back, the faithfulness of God is woven through every chapter. The church became my place of service. Corporate America became my place of preparation. Storms became my classrooms. Closed doors redirected me, and open doors required my stewardship. Through it all, God was forging the vessel to carry the assignment He had already ordained." Pamela Garrett
Preacher. Author. Strategist. Kingdom Architect.
What would change if biblical truth became more than something you believed and began shaping how you think, respond, discern, and live every day?

"When I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also." 2 Timothy 1:5 NKJV
Ministry was part of Pamela’s world long before it became part of her biography. She was raised in a home anchored in the Word, prayer, and consecrated service by her father, the late Deacon James S. Morgan, and her mother, Evangelist Evelyn Morgan. Her mother has proclaimed the Gospel for more than 60 years and, now at the age of 90, continues to preach the Word of God. As the eighth child born to this legacy sharing this holy foundation and upbringing with six sisters and two brothers she witnessed firsthand the power of keeping God first.Of the eight children, six answered the sovereign call into ministry, and that same calling has fallen upon some of the grandchildren of her parents establishing a spiritual lineage that now extends into another generation.
Pamela’s own mantle was forged across more than three decades of learning, serving, and executive ministry leadership. Her foundational training began at her home church, St. Jude Apostolic Holiness Church in Wilson, North Carolina, serving under the late Bishop Luther Barbour Sr. as his Sunday morning Bible reader and leading within Youth For Christ. She later served on the executive team at Abundant Life COGIC in Raleigh under Bishop Stenneth E. Powell Sr., before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, where she spent nearly a decade serving, advising leaders, and providing strategic support to prominent ministries.
Upon returning home to North Carolina, Pamela placed her life and gifts under the leadership and spiritual covering of Bishop Dr. Haywood L. Parker at Truth Tabernacle Ministries in Rocky Mount. Serving faithfully as his Chief Operating Officer, and on the executive leadership team. She later answered the call of God into ministry, a call that was affirmed, nurtured, and formally established under Bishop Parker’s covering where she was licensed and ordained as an Elder.
Continuing her journey of faithful alignment, Pamela currently fellowships and serves at Philippi Church of Christ in Greenville, North Carolina, under the leadership of Dr. Dameion L. Royal.
That calling has taken her into pulpits and conference rooms alike, ministering in revivals, Women’s Day services, and leadership gatherings. Operating with administrative precision and a prophetic grace, Pamela recognizes what is unfolding in the spirit and builds the framework to support it.
Every legacy looks different. Some inherit a strong foundation. Others become the first person in their family to build one. What people, places, prayers, hardships, and acts of service has God used to shape what you now carry?

"Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king's words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work."
Nehemiah 2:18
While ministry was shaping Pamela spiritually, more than 25 years in corporate environments were developing another critical dimension of her calling.Bringing together academic coursework from North Carolina State University with more than 25 years of hands-on corporate leadership, Pamela developed a disciplined mastery of systems thinking, operational design, and project governance. Over the course of two and a half decades, Pamela led multidisciplinary teams across the United States and Canada, directing complex operations, solving institutional challenges, and building enduring organizational infrastructures.
Over time, divine symmetry became undeniable: the same spiritual instinct was operating in both spaces. Across seasons in both corporate environments and ministry, she walked through assignments where she had to follow the pattern of Nehemiah, learning to labor with a trowel in one hand and a weapon in the other (Nehemiah 4:17). Whether standing at an altar or navigating a boardroom, she was trained to inspect the foundation, discern root fractures, and build enduring architecture while maintaining constant spiritual vigilance.
"Ministry was teaching me how to serve, hear, discern, and steward people. Corporate America was teaching me how to identify root fractures and build systems that last. Looking back, I can see how God used both classrooms to prepare me to steward the assignment now in my hands.” Pamela Garrett
Like Joseph, who was given divine interpretation and the administrative wisdom to build storehouses that sustained a nation, Pamela recognized that revelation and execution were never designed to live in separate rooms. Operating as a Kingdom Architect, she equips leaders to build with strategic discipline while keeping their spiritual guard, ensuring that what God reveals is both properly built and faithfully defended
Perhaps you already know what God has called you to build, but the vision still lacks the structure necessary to carry it. Where is the gap between what you can see and what you have been able to execute? Sometimes the next act of stewardship is not another revelation, it is building wisely around what God has already revealed. If you're carrying a vision that needs a plan, how can I partner with you to help bring it to life?

"So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me." Ezekiel 33:7 KJV
Divine revelation always carries stewardship responsibility. In prophetic times where the great falling away has already begun, a heavenly blueprint cannot remain confined to prayer. It must be built, defended, and placed into the hands of the people it was sent to protect.
That watchman’s burden birthed Storm School™. Released on August 8, 2025, from a sacred place of obedience and surrender, it carries a mandate to sound the alarm, helping believers discern the strategic assignments behind the storms that seek to devastate their mental stability, emotional endurance, and spiritual alignment.
That same month, Destiny Partners Publishing was established out of that identical watchman posture. Across the Body of Christ, faithful men and women carry profound divine deposits, holy burdens, and unfinished manuscripts, but find themselves without the practical process to bring them into existence. The publishing arm exists not as a commercial engine, but as an architectural bridge. It provides the editorial discipline, publication pathways, and practical stewardship necessary to move an entrusted message from a hidden draft into an enduring witness that outlives the author.
In August 2026, that stewardship produced Kingdom Impact Fundraising™ (KIF). Fusing corporate systems with decades of serving ministry leaders, KIF provides a turnkey model grounded in Luke 6:38. It serves as a Kingdom multiplier, enabling ministries to fund their God-given vision without ideological compromise, activate external capital, and release transformational resources into their communities.
Preaching, teaching, publishing, creative strategy, and enterprise are simply different expressions of one unified assignment. Each one serves to equip visionary leaders, strengthen the body of Christ, and build the systems necessary to sustain divine revelation in the earth.
What has God placed in your hands that can no longer remain just a prayer, a journal entry, an unfinished manuscript, or a private burden? Revelation is an invitation to stewardship. The question is not only what God has shown you, but what faithful obedience now requires you to build.
